You can purchase eight sample tickets for $5
They haven’t released the line-up of boudinieres who will be competing and/or showcasing their charcuterie at the event but we expect T-Jim’s out of Cottonport, Best Stop out of Scott, Johnson’s Boucaniere out of Lafayette, T-Boys out of Mamou and a dozen or so other top boudin parlors from across the state.

Update: I imagine the organizers are tearing their hair out as they have yet to release a grid of competitors. I just looked at their FB page (I know, I know) and not one meat market is listed yet. I’ll update when more information becomes available.
